I am surprised with the nest in the glove box, and no visable chewed wires.

no not in there but every where else they chewed including the glow plug control box. :-)
The army did the worst of it too, chopping up the factory wiring loom to put in the blackout lights and just used crimp lugs to try and make it work.

I have seen one of these tojos in Adelaide - but it has extensive roll over protection fitted (looks to be original as it has green padding for protection)

I am assuming these vehciles varied as did the land rovers with the modifications.

I managed to get a new canvas for my cruiser

I did like looking at your vehicle at Corowa this year, or was it last year

Ive had it down at corowa for the last two years now.

I had it made at a local upholstery place that does work for ADFA, the hard part was tracking down the canvas with the pattern i wanted. every one told me it was a 'restricted pattern' and could not sell it do me.
Ended up finding some brad new one made for a 6X6 landrover and had them work with that.

The top looks good. That patton canvas is hard to find i am still looking for some for my top for my HJ47
