Just ordered 4ltr 342-1166 and 4ltrs of reducer, which they said was not R203 turps, but R303 enamel reducer.   They said the R203 would dry much too slowly and was good for wash-up only.    When quizzed on GP thinners, the answer was that it was too course, would still work, but after around six months would start to turn chalky.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for that = what I also understood - however I would never has used GP thinners as I thought these were for acrylic paint not enamal paint - when I painted my my 101 6 years ago I used enamel thinners purchased for Supercheap and it worked fine - the paint needs redoing now but has stood up well as my vehicle is not garaged.

Cheers

Garry
