Hi Nick,

if you want to drive the S3, a 200tdi goes straight in, then think about stopping, there is a disc break upgrade for S3 available from Cookey on this forum.

cheers
Scott

Cookey also does an stainless extractor/ exhaust mod. Saw it at Corowa this year...v.nice bit of kit and well improved the performance figs in hp and torque.

Hi All, long time no post.

Well its done, or rather Was done.
She was registered late feb and saw her first long trip to be my work horse and accommodation for the Avalon Air Show.

However the day after it was on the books half the instruments died, so for now its a GPS speedo and fill up often.
That didn't stop me from running around the paddock doing that other thing landy's do, Farm work.

Now comes the fun bit, partial conversion back to FFR,  at the moment the tub is off while i tidy up the rear crossmember.
While its off I plan on cutting the battery locker holes in and making up a set of doors to suit.
I'll probably do this to the "Load Rover" tub as well for that little extra storage space.

Scott...  Or anyone with a FFR,  could you please do up a set of drawings so i can mark out where to cut, pleeeeeeese :)

Then comes the fun of waiting for the high speed kit from ashcroft to be in stock again, so for the next few weeks she'll be tarped up under the trees.

here she is (was)

Nick.
So many Landy's, None going :(

You Sir are a Legend!

Today's efforts have been the dismantling and eventual scrapping of :
28-961    109    11/05/1977    -    Series 3    6028    Truck, Utility, 3/4 Ton, GS, Cargo    94120222C    94319347C    37765

However she will live on as a Load Rover.

Anyone need any Bits ?

Nick
