Linnwood House, Guildford, Sydney - Sunday 14th September

Hi all
We are looking for some military vehicles to attend an event at Guildford in Sydney on Sunday 14th September. Mark Fletcher, known as 'Fletch' from Classic Restos is going to come along and cover our military vehicles.

Location: 25 Byron Road Guildford from 9am.
Along with the military vehicles there will be displays of military memorabilia by Phil Patterson featuring artefacts from WW1 - Australian Military Medals, soldier Portraits, Sydney Mail war issue newspapers, various WW1 publications and some Light Horse accoutrements.

Also on display will be a display of vintage motor bikes and Model T Fords.

There was a good roll up of vehicles from The AMVCS, KVE, WW2 Jeeps and Lancer Barracks last Sunday. Fletch did a number of interviews with military vehicle collectors and it will probably be seen in the coming week. Wednesday 24th September at 8pm on Channel 44 in Sydney followed by Melbourne on Channel 31 on Thursday night.

Tonight on TVS Channel 44 the Linnwood House event was aired on Classic Restos. Lots of positive messages from people watching. It will be seen in Melbourne tomorrow night and if you missed it in Sydney you can see it on Saturday afternoon and around lunchtime on Sunday. Lets hope people who are interested in joining a military vehicle club make contact.
