Looks completely shagged out - check out the rear cross member, it's on a 45 degree angle.

Mick,    I think you'll probably find it doesn't have brakes or suspension.   Looks like a tarmac only jobbie.   Would make a great pie warmer.

That is 28-721 by the engine number.
Which is odd.
Looks like a Holden conversion.

The engine description is interesting. I don't think that Leyland ever made an engine quite like that.
