Data comms was done on RAVEN in a number of ways.

For Covered Radio and Teletype (CRATT) I used a duplex (2x) RT-F100 (HF) setup, with one side using a high pwr amp. With this we used the 'low' speed modem which in turn connected to a UGC-74 teletype.

You could do a similar setup with the RT-F200 (VHF).... perhaps with the 'high' speed modem... but I never used them this way, so I'm not certain.

Later on I used the RT-F200 connected up to a different modem, a GPS and a ruggedised laptop that contained a C2 system.

I think Artillery units had a different computer system running over their RT-F100.

No photos that I can give out I'm afraid.... sry.

Cheers.
