UK Wolf FFR Hard Top
« on: January 18, 2014, 11:35:45 AM »
I saw a small part on feebay and went looking on google to find out what its for.
Its a 'blanking disc'.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MILITARY-LANDROVER-90-110-FFR-XD-WOLF-HARDTOP-NEW-BLANKING-DISC-/261375038497?pt=UK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Other_Vehicle_Parts_Accessories_ET&hash=item3cdb2a9421&_uhb=1

I found a http://www.warwheels.net/LandyWolfTUMhardWinterELLIOTT.html Wolf FFR photo gallery and this photo showing a circlular disc on the driver side of the hardtop.

So the part covers a hole that is made in the hard top. What would the hole be used for?

Looks like a spare wheel bracket cover plate for the hardtop.

It is for a spare wheel mount. But not for long the uk mod are having a rear wheel mount made for the land rover fleet to replace the side mounts
