110 Charging light
« on: January 04, 2014, 03:57:23 PM »
Hi , I started my 110 perentie today and my Battery light continued to stay on , I put the meter on the battery and I am getting 14.22 at the battery.
I removed the fuse cover panel in front of the gear lever and all fuses are ok, is there a fuse panel or something I am missing.

Last week I did pull the plug on the alternator and removed a single wire, as I did move the alternator to get the big 28v Gen out, but I put everything back, and if I didn't I wouldn't be getting 14v to batt right ?

Thanks
Bruce

Sound like you have broken one of the wires within the plug. Sorry but cant remember which is normally the culprit.
