oil drip from front of park brake

Hi all,  I thought I would check the collective wisdom.  I noticed today there is an oil drip from the front face of the park brake assembly which looks like it is coming from where the Transfer case joins the park brake.  I have what looks like a new transfer case and gearbox on my Snr Commander.  What is the oil leak likely to be and what is the rectification process ?

Hopefully you can save me many hours of trolling through the manuals....

If its oil then I would say output shaft oil seal about 5 bucks for the seal and your time to replace it

maybe a dumb question but are there any instructions re removing the seal ?

Adding a Speedi-sleeve at the same time as the new seal would be recommended, too.

Drop p/shaft, loosen jesus nut on output flange, remove screws in h/brake drum, remove drum, remove jesus nut and flange, remove both lower bolts for backing plate/drip bracket, prise protective collar off, remove seal.
Insert seal, re-fit collar, re-fit drip brk and tighten both lower bolts (careful, can twist brk easily!), apply ultrablue to flange & insert, apply ultrablue to inside flange and re-fit washer/nut, clean and re-fit h/brake drum and screws, apply h/brake and tension jesus nut, re-fit rear p/shaft, top up t/case oil, and roady!

Don't worry - the leak comes back 6 months after you fix it.
