"Hanging Basket" bracket
« on: November 26, 2013, 09:08:42 PM »
Recently on this forum, Tell asked what the pictured bracket was, as it was loose when he acquired his 6x6 and he didn't know where it went and what it was for. There were a few responses, some of which were not thought helpful and the thread was deleted.

Do the bolt holes on the bracket line up with any holes in the 6x6? If so, can you post up a photo.

Jeebus! I've been battling the Server to let me back in and reply to my first post, apparently I don't "Have permission". Does this to me every few weeks and I can't post anything at all.

Anyway, had the answer all along, the first posting was just to refresh memories about Tell's original question.

The bracket is mounted in the left side rear toolbox, in all the 6x6 versions I've seen. It is to secure the vehicle jack.

Nobody told me!!!!

There was some problems a couple of weeks back with the servers in the US, all sorted now though.  I was not able to access it at all for example.  Does it happen on a different PC, or with a different browser.
