The Isuzu number for the 4x4 is 8-9445-37381, and the 6x6 is 8-9441-47961, but the Ryco catalogue lists Z169A for both.

Just an aside on the size of the filters ....

Tried removing the Isuzu part from the housing and found very little room to get the steel band of the removal tool between filter wall and fuel lines running down drivers side of housing.   The Ryco Z169A is around 1cm smaller in wall O.D. and is much easier to remove.
Cheers,  Daryl.

Just got a callback from Isuzu parts. The 4x4 Fuel Filter number 8944537381 now is superceded by 8944537382. But Gilbert & Roach in Sydney (main distributor NSW) have zero stock and if available they come to other dealers in wholesale packs of 20 filters: ~$25. Local dealer hasn't sold any for about a year.

They sell the Fleetguard equivalent: ~$10
