Cold, fog clearing with a strong southerly wind - tending to gusty on occasions and constant misty rain.
Sea state rising with expected 4 to 6 metre swells beginning to break on southern beaches with warnings issued for strong tidal surge and potential for severe beach erosion.
6 degrees at 1110 hrs in Southern Tasmania (south of Hobart).

Are you telling the truth? Might be a little white lie, unless Ballarat is experiencing a freak cold snap!

Sunny this morning, clouds are rolling in now though and as it's nearing sundown the air is cooling rapidly.
Was supposed to be going sailing but it's blowing a gale on the coast so that quickly changed. We went in search of photographic opportunities, looking for Wommin Lake (in the dune area behind the beach between Fingal Head and Kingscliffe)  :) Found the lake but very overgrown so not to many photos taken. The dog enjoyed the walk anyway  8)

and if anyone watches The Weather Channel on Austar, keep an eye out on the pic I took today while out and about

Too cold to pootle then? I went for a drive yesterday in the Merc. Think I passed Easo. If he was heading in the direction of Melbourne on the Calder early yesterday arvo, it probably was.
I called in to see the fellow who sold Phoenix the centre box for the ambulance. He has some TAC plate holders at a good price so I bought some. He's got many more if anyone wants some.
Just washing the Merc, feeding the leather and putting it away before it gets too cold.
It's been fine and sunny (although a little cool) all weekend.

Never too cold to pootle. Been out pootling, just not anywhere of any real interest  ;)
