USAF KC-135.

C-17.

Since retirement from the RAAF, this Vampire A79-620 was on display out front of ATC Stirling Hwy, Claremont. The fuselage and wings have been use in the restoration. The twin tail booms have come from A79-603. 603 was mounted on a pedestal for many years within RAAF Base Pearce.

Sorry Pat  :(. There was only one Land Rover exhibited at the airshow. I was so busy looking skywards I forgot to take more pics of the vehicles.

This photo is of the same Land Rover except it was taken at the Brookton show a couple of years back.

Photo of A79-603 whilst on outdoor display in 1985. The fuselage section of this aircraft could not be restored as it had significant wood rot which rendered it unsalvageable.

Thanks for the photos. The B52's callsign was Fear71. I took a position report from it on its way back home. A round trip from Guam with no stops in between. Must have been in the air for about 20 hours. I used to get a sore backside just flying from to Oakey to Tamworth in a Nomad.
