G'day armyuggles  :)

Those 2 wiring diagrams that you posted up are for No1 a series 2a "lightweight"(short wheelbase 88" military special body) and No2 is the Series 3 of the same, "Truck 1/2 ton Air Portable" I have one here in the yard, it's a 24Volt FFR version ex Brunei  :)

Thinking of selling it soon,(medical reasons)

cheers

Sorry for waking up this thread.

Could someone who has an actual printed version of the Late SIII wiring diagramme look it up for me.  The one on the REMLR site is missing the colour code on at least one wire (convoy) and on the earlier version, the codes are difficult to read even when printed.

What I want is the colour codes for all the wires going to the NATO plug (and their function) I don't need the pin codes I have them.

I also want the wire colour code to the reversing lamps (66 on the diagramme) seems to be green.

Ground x 2 = black
Right Turn = Green white
Left Turn = Green Red
Tail = Red (on the vehicle this seems to be Red black)
Stop = Green Purple
Blackout stop = Purple
Convoy =
12V = Brown

It's very readable, but it still doesn't have a wire code colour for the convoy lamps wires on the NATO socket (C-H-A) nor on the lamps themselves 4-4-5-5 & 35

The one that isn't readable is actually the earlier SIII one from 1977.

But I think I've sorted the codes.

E&OE - let me know if there's something wrong.  :)
