Perentie/Series 3 passenger door bottom
« on: October 02, 2013, 09:55:46 PM »
Hit a (BIG) roo the other day and am needing a replacement passenger door bottom (or skin).
Might just end up getting a new skin (55 pounds from UK) but just in case someone has a straight one surplus to their requirements...  ;)

Wouldn't mind a l/h outer front guard and headlight panel as well.

Cheers

Syd

You could try Triumph Rover Spares at Lonsdale in SA - he has the largest range of pranged Land Rovers of all types I have ever seen. He also ships all over Australia.
When I had my Series 3 and Discovery, I was there every second week looking for bits!! Mind you, it helps when its only 10km from home!

My understanding is Australian Army doors are the same as normal doors, UK MOD doors are the thicker ones.

All I know is that mine wasn't thick enough to stop a big roo Arse from imprinting a healthy ding. Although I don't don't think it would have mattered how thick it was!  :D
