Well that's it again for another 12 months, the numbers were well down on previous years due mainly to some clowns putting on a similar show in Maitland?

?!!! @3$%67%$$ idiots.
Anyway I had 3 volunteers and we headed off yesterday afternoon to camp overnight in Motel 88 x 3, bit hard to sleep in a gunbuggy LOL. Roadworks saw our small convoy split

Scott n Gordon standing around waiting for John in the Gunbuggy, he had to stop for a red light, anyway we joined up and motored on to Broke, where we set up camp, it was cool n breezey around 2100hrs when we hit the sack in our respective motel rooms LOL

I did take an image of Scott aka Minikeg sitting on the tailgate of 112-501, but I will let Scott put the image up if he feels he want's too

.
Up early this morning 0600hrs, the Kookaburras had been calling for about 90 minutes before hand but I tried to ignore them, it was hard when they are right above you.
Here is the line up of the usual suspects awaiting the onslaught of curious onlookers and the fools who think they know it all, but all in all they were in moderation today maybe all at Maitland

. Scott n John had a few good exchanges with some people who were very impressed with the vehicles and they had some knowledge of the military back in the 60's 70's,

and from the rear

well around 1330hrs some of the crowd were leaving so I decided that we should do the same, so we packed up and hit the road, going home a slightly different route to avoid the traffic lights etc at the road works, here is a quick snap over my shoulder showing our small convoy

and yes that is a Bloodbox in the distance, belonging to Wayne D, he arrived this morning, we arrived home all intact no issues with the vehicles.
There were a number a WW2 vehicles there belonging to some well known people who frequent the event in Corowa, no names I'm sure you will know them (I know them)

anyway that was my weekend, a big Thank You to my 3 volunteers, I think they enjoyed themselves, cheers Dennis
