I just bought a lock assembly with keys off ebay,

Pretty easy process then to remove the plastic cowling around the steering column and replace the keyless ignition in place.
I ended up removing the bracket from the steering column so I could get the old assembly out. You will need to get a screw driver or similar under the blank that is wedged in to the barrel. Then you can get it out of the bracket.
Take note of where all the connectors go make the change and then you are keyed.
Just watch when you remove the lower housing around the steering column where the hand throttle bracket joins. Mine has broken off the plastic lugs that held it in place. May need to put some small bolts through to hold it in place. If I try and use the throttle it just pulls the bracket out of place.
