Doing an oil change and need a new filter ?

ex-army 110s  (4X4s) - Spin-on filter references *:

OEM  (Rover Aust P/N) - AYG 585

note - I was offered RYCO Z141 and Z 155F by Bursons but these are not correct for 4X4 - these I believe are for the bypass on the turbo'd 6X6

Mine has a Isuzu filter on it, I'll grab the number off it later.

Am I correct that the army 4BD1 motors have only one filter but civi ones have a secondary filter??

My civvie 4BD1 has a single P266 cartridge filter,

I believe that the 4BD1Ts when installed in the mil 6X6s have the two filters (referenced at the bottom of the original post above)
