Hi all,

I have just picked up one of the rover 110s. Wondering if anyone has any experience getting road worthy/safety cert for road registration in QLD? Mechanic was asking question about the roll bar and tie down points.

Cheers, Tom.

I went to a mechanic called "the chequered flag" in nundah (brisbane) , they inspected my 110 and it was good to go with no issues.
You shouldnt have any dramas with anywhere thats not dodgy.
I got my skoda done at coastbay auto service center and they were pretty squared away , they are in ashmore

Hi there

Got a roadworthy permit for three days to drove home from QLD (no plates) - and when I got home the local police checked the engine number and registered like normal

I had heard all the stories but would have to say it was very easy, although I am curious with the 6x6's
