GS (NZ Army SWB LR) SPRINGS AND SHOCKS
« on: January 11, 2017, 07:14:12 AM »
I have one of the Ozy (GS) imported for NZ Army LRs, 1971 SWB (Skippy) and its time for spring/shock replacement, are they standard spring sets for swb? what shocks are used on swb? currently on mine it looks like the LWB shocks are fitted all round? Cheers, Carl.

Carl,

The shocks you need are from Series 2a or 3, 109 inch 1 Ton.

Check out this thread for more details of an Aussie supplier. http://remlr.com/forum/index.php?topic=3856.0

I believe craddocks in the UK also have them.

I think the springs are standard, but I'm not sure. It was the spring shackles that were different in that area.

Cheers.
