The owl eyes man (local) had both s2A and s3 but not simultaneously. He changed the vehicles on 'display' and brought over a series of vehicles and items incl. a Bren Gun Carrier, WS trailer, etc

I noticed the Owl's eye in the SIIa row and I was the only one in the S3 row.
