Does anyone know where to get a male nato trailer plug from ? I want to make an adpator to connect the plug at the rear of the Perentie to a civilian round plug.

There is a new one on Ebay UK at the moment. Its UK spec with a plastic cover instead of the metal spring loaded cap, but will work the same.

You should be able to scrounge one somebody wrecking a S2/S2a or S2 vehicle as they are held on by 4 bolts on left rear chassis x-member just remove and walla one male plug ;D

I think he is talking about the plug with the 12 male pins from the trailer. Not the socket with the 12 corresponding female sockets on the vehicle.
-
I've got one spare.
If you're prepared to pay what I paid on ebay, it's all yours.

I am after a male 12 pin Nato plug, how much and a few pics would be good, what condition is it in?

Cheaper than mine.

Or this combination:

It's worth asking a question to the seller. There is a whole batch of these plugs getting around with female sockets in the plug. Looking closely a the pic, the bag of pins don't look like the male pins.

Or these, second hand

and I have one minus a few pins that you could make an offer for also if interested.

Plenty of choices ;D

I picked one up from the guys 303gunner has linked (brittish 4wd imports) & it did come with all female pins, not a big deal as you can solder up the suppled female plugs & make a male adaptor using heavy gauge wire.
Best to give them a call to check though if you need the male plugs.
Also keep in mind that all the pins need to be soldered & dismantling a second hand plug can be quite hard as the centre plug is a very tight fit.
