Hi there Juddy

What a nice truck..........well built and looks to be very capable off road.

You can now see why the landrovers dont get a look in as these are purpose machines built for maxium crew protection.

Thanks

Wayne

Theres is no doubt that if Land Rover play there cards right, the new Defender will be a huge hit, and they will sell 1000's of them.  The new defender will without doubt appeal to those people who never even considered buying a defender, or never wanted to because its like driving a 1960s car.  The name defender in its self will sell the brand, people will say, " have you seen the new Defender looks good, fancy one of those, and they are renowned for being the best 4x4 , and are so iconic, lets buy one, and look its nothing like the old one, its got 10 air bags, leather seats, moon roof, ABS, TCS, ALB, VID, BV, SCP, etc etc etc.  You watch all those Nissan and Toybota people will be buying them...

They will do  work versions and high spec versions, something for everyone.  without change the defender is dead..

They won't be getting my cash if they have a hole in the roof!

They all eventually leak and more importantly, almost every roll over crash involves more than one impact and the moon-roof glass shatters in the first one, you are left with structural weakness and another place for your flailing limbs to get caught and amputated

I have to disagree, we had a Moon roof in the X Trail, loved it, and I have not seen any data reflecting Sunroofs/Moon Roofs, have been contributing factors to injures or deaths in accidents.
