Hi there and welcome.
All the Perenties had a written record book but at the auctions a lot were missing their books. The ADF has an electronic record but that is unobtainium in 99.9pc
49943 has rear tac plates indicating RAINF 2RAR "56", usually posted in TVL FNQ. The black one is (ah) unusual. Maybe its the lighting? Should be a 1st Div sign. The front tac plates are obscured. The Christmas Tree sticker on the driver's mudguard likewise.
The other marking I see is that most interesting driver's door marking, highly likely a Sigs marking...

Looks like a buffalo skull.
I'm sure I've seen this somewhere on a vehicle pic. I'll see if I can find it.
Greg.

The black tac sign appears to be a lightning bolt over a sabre (cavalry ?). Perhaps its an informal sub-unit tac sign.... Sig Platoon ?
