I saw a civy one with the guards cut like that in Melbourne about six months ago.

Either of the options mentioned above, but it definitely isn't one of ours.
It looks to be a flight of fancy carried out on what could possibly have been a UK military chassis going by the front bumpers. The rear cross member and assorted fittings, the tail light grouping, the fanciful cutting of the guards, as well as the lack of left fuel tank, to name but a few of the more obvious discrepancies stand out, but are just a few of the many missing mods that were applied to the original Landy products to make them at all acceptable for our military needs.
I must admit though, the colour is pretty close.

Without more info, I would say fake but the UK did buy a few vehicles out of the ANZUK when it was shut down.
Certainly not original condition with cut rear guards and UK MOD bumper.
I would say cut to fit large tyres and let ot mud for trialling.
