Hi all, just picked up my FFR Perentie from the Minto auction and jsut wondering if anyone has ANY info at all on her :)

Your best bet is the Australian War Memorial on line.

My understanding is the ADF has a “Secret Squirrel Policy” that locks up all the records for decades, think like in the 2040’s for when the records will be available.

That’s my understanding of why they can get records on the early series Land Rovers from Vietnam Era but nothing on the Perentie.

Love to be corrected on this but that’s been a response from present serving ADF mechanics who want to help but would be in strife for doing so and several other sources.

Mate I've even put it out there were Id be happy to buy the search information and got nowhere.
 
Another avenue is troll the Web for hours and hours looking at images on ADF publications and Ex-service Associations publications.
