The last mod I promise :) It now has an awning, tyre carrier and power, all I need in a camping trailer.

Top Job!

Roll it out the other way, i.e. over the trailer. Then stick a board on top of the trailer, swag on top of that and Bob's your uncle!

Doesn't really sleep a family that way ;) As an aside though I am mounting sail trak to the back of the awning so I an run another canvas tarp I have the other way over the trailer so I can leave the cover off in camp to make it easier to get to the fridge etc withput it all being in the sun :)

Added some sail track to the back of the awning so I can run a tarp over the trailer while still being able to use it :) Will help keep the fridge in the shade etc.

Hmmm. This is giving me an idea for mine!
Why not just put sailtrack on both sides of a raised frame, and put cheap awnings out both sides?
Have to think this one through!!

I did it like this because I already had the roll out awning :) Also it is freestanding so doesn't need to be pegged down letting me have one setup even if on sand or concrete etc.
