Ok, the registrants private area is now up and running. I am working through the user list to give people access, but please remember that your REMLR number and email address in your forum profile must be correct and match your information in the REMLR database. If your information in the database is incorrect you need to email the membership officer to update your details.
-
Om i've been through the list and added everybody whose remlr number and email in their profiel match their information in the REMLR database.
If your have not been added, feel free to ask why here, if you are unsure, send an email to membership@remlr.com with your forum name, email and of course Real Name.

Email Sent.. :D

There a LOT of members that have changed addresses as well, can you also update this when sending the e-mail :)

Personally, I can't see the need for residential/postal address....I mean, it's not like any letters get sent. Email addy is enough (since it is required anyway to be on the forum). And this info is all optional not mandatory.
-
It is nice to at least know where members are within a state, but remember that the addresses were originally on the lists because post is how members corresponded. In many ways it is a hang over from that.
-
The member's locality is usually on the location in your profile is it not?
Coops.

Sorry for the confusion, I did state MEMBER, when Richard O posted I knew he had moved, part was aimed at him.
He is a member of REMLR and as required is to supply an address.
Registrants don't. I hope that clears things up :)

Mick, PM me your email address you set up on the forum with and I'll check it on the database, both have to match to get access to the registrants area. If they don't match I can change the database to suit, then let Phoenix know and he'll allow access.
Cheers

I hadn't heard of any more matches that needed changing. If muddy's is right, I'll fix that right now!

My apologies Muddy, seems that I hadn't checked my emails since friday and I had been sent an email.

Is the registrants area only for paid up members of REMLR or is it accessible to people that have registered thier vehicle with REMLR????

Registrants are those that have registered with remlr. Members are those who have paid the incorporation membership.

So as a Registrant I should be able to see the Registrants Private Area. How do I access the area? I don't see anywhere to access it.

Hello Rod,
Send an email to the membership officer, the address is on the second post of this thread, some of your details might not line up.
They should be able to fix it and let you in.
Regards
Justin.
