Hello all

just wanting advice on the typical installation of the LS-166/U speaker in an FFR? This is the cube shaped speaker that has the switch for either vehicle or radio use on the side.

cheers, Daryl

Hi Daryl,

They usually were hung by a wire hook on the canopy bow.

Cheers,

Mick

You better hook it on securely then 😊👍

It should have a flat bracket with two holes held on by a wingnut. I have had these used with a u bolt through the holes and secured to the vertical hoop bar.  I have also seen (but didn't like) cable ties through the holes and 'secured' to the horizontal hoop spacer.

Cheers,

Pete
