Title: Series III heater tap

Can anyone please supply the heater tap? (as fitted to the heater box and not the top of the water pump) If the short elbow rubber hose is serviceable I'd like that too please

Good news  ;D They are available new from Rare Spares or eBay. I discovered that that are a Ford part, for XR-XY, GTs and some Fairlane models. One is on the way  ;D

Good to know my heater tap is sized and bypassed so its always on hot(luke warm) :D

Aye it is. Part no from Rare Spares is HT2001. I got mine from Ford Muscle Cars, $72.25 del. They range from $66-$158 on eBay

Geoff, I pulled mine apart to clean as it was also seized, it's pretty straight forward and had it lubed and freed up nicely. Problem was I broke off one of the outlets when removing the short elbow hose, it was corroded into the hose. I was considering getting some appropriately sized copper tubing and and pressing it into the body when I decided to do one last Google search...the rest is history!
