Title: 110 Perentie 6x6 front diff. parts

Gidday,

I'm new to this site and REMLR, so here goes...
I need some internal parts for the front diff. of my 110 Perentie 6x6 Personnel & Cargo carrier.
Can anyone tell where I might find parts or if you know who might be wrecking one similar ?

Hi Marshall

I would give KLR at South Windsor NSW a call.  They have been doing work on a number of 6x6 Perentie, including diff ratio change if the rumour mill is working, so may have some of the parts you require.

What specific parts do you need? Beside the housing itself and the inner axle shafts, most parts are readily available standard Series/County/Defender bits.

Thanks for the feed back...I'll follow up the KLR lead.
It is the longer (than standard) inner axle shaft that I'm after, along with crown wheel, pinion, sun gears etc.
Fantastic news if the balance is standard other than the axle length.

Hi Tough Engineering have made replacement shafts for the 6x6 axles for the Army, and they will not only have the correct lengths and dimensions, they will be a strength upgrade over the original. Pop the rubber caps off your rear hubs, and if they are already Hi Tough replacements, they will have a "HTE" part number stamped on the end of the shaft.
