We didn't mention the 110 pretendie that was there on Saturday arvo in front of the Ho Hars campsite.

I need assistance to put owners or nicks to vehicle photos.
The 101 with olive drab and cam pattern, "V LR 101" had some good camping mods and electrical extras such as the solar panels which ran very well with the weather being so good. That one belonged to Gavin - but I could be wrong, I talked with a load of people.

On the trip back to Corowa from Pucka I took time to stop off in Seymour at the Light Horse Memorial and the Vietnam War Memorial.
The Vietnam War Memorial purports to have the name of every serviceman & servicewoman who served there.
I think I found at least one omission which is probably unavoidable.
Anyhow it's quite an effort and a monument, and certainly worth a visit if you go through there

Thanks for posting the pictures.
Unfortunately or fortunately for us, we were not able to go this year as I had another commitment. I am pleased to see so many more people restoring L/R's and to a high standard.
Ian.

I received copies of the Corowa Free Press the week after our event and Geoff Campbell's Ferret is on the front page and there are another 4 photos and a story on page 3. Jason, the journalist was thrilled at having a ride in a GPA.

Thats a good result for the event. I for one was a very happy camper as they say. I met so many people, Richard F. for example (I think I remember him at museum auction in Newcastle about 1997 or it could have been the Luskintyre auction with the Canberra bomber).
I will send you a PM on other matters.

;D ;D ;D
Just hope its not broken on the side of the main street ;D we were parked there for a while.
Is the free press on line as well havnt seen it yet.

Hi Ross,
You have a good memory, I was at the Newcastle auction with Warwick Lord. Good to meet you at Corowa, I had no idea we had met before!
cheers Richard

Hi Geoff
The picture was probably taken in the main street. Are you going to the Camden Military Tattoo on Friday? I will give you a copy of the paper.
The promotion we received was excellent this year. Here are a few links to what was seen while we were in Corowa

Well, not so good, I just remembered your face, so there you are, you're unforgettable. At the caravan park office I remembered another face but couldn't remember his name -- until he spoke to the lady behind the counter, then I remembered his name, first and last, and I was right. It turned out I last saw him at the 50th Anniversary in Cooma: http://www.remlr.com/remlrmeetingone.html and that was April 98.
