Hi all,
I just picked up a series 3 GS that is in pretty good condition.
Unfortunately, it has a truck cab fitted.
The census number is 6028, the chassis number is 9432080C, the contract number is V105857 and the date of delivery is May 1978.
Why can't I find any reference on the REMLR website?
I intend to restore this beauty and I would love to get some background on it.
Would much appreciate any assistance girls and guys and I look forward to meeting some of you.

Lucas electrical fittings are cheaper than Gen LR spares and are the same as some items you can pick up at flea markets.

First, download the Complete equipment schedule and the Repair parts schedule for the particular vehicle. once you have them it is easy to put them back together. A lot of the items now are unit-bought items ie from local hardware or aftermarket sellers.

I think you might be missing a number in your chassis number.
Should be 8 numbers and a letter.

Can I also assume that it has a canvas cover from the windscreen back and not a truck cab?
