What sought of coin Rod?
I paid 409 for it. I wouldn't pay 2400 for one. This buyer must know something we don't

How to search sold prices.

A couple of people have asked me this so I thought I would post it up for everyone's benefit. There may be a better way to do this so if you know how please share.

Basically you have the web address for the auction

http://www.graysonline.com/lot/0075-5006043/

The '0075' if the lot number the other bit '5006043' is the auction number.

If you put this in your address bar of your browser you can manually punch in the different lot numbers to work your way through the auction items and get the final sold prices.

For example lot 001 would be:
http://www.graysonline.com/lot/0001-5006043/

Hope this helps  ;)

Picked up the trailer today. I asked if there will be any interstate auctions, the reply from Greys staff is that there will be some interstate auctions but most will be in Sydney. Plenty of No.5 trailers steed there I would say keep an eye on next auction. There were some Rovers as well.
Cheers

Lot 48 of the current offerings (ex RAAF GS - 230045) doesn't seem to have the external mesh roof rack.   Is this a RAAF thing or is it likely it's been removed at some stage?

Also noticed that Lot 47 (FFR 49385) has a stronger roll bar set up with braces on the rear hoop and top bars connecting the front and rear structural  hoops.    Does anyone know anything about this setup as it seems to be uncommon.

The mesh roof panel was easily removable, only a bolt on if I recall.

THe rear braces on that FFR are interesting, I had not noticed them.
