New to REMLR and Perentie identification
« on: October 01, 2021, 07:00:05 PM »
Hello all,
….I’m new to REMLR.
I’m fact this is my first post about anything on any blog / website of any kind!!
I’ve got a few civilian Land Rovers (from series to TD5 to Puma defenders) but just today took deliver of a Perentie.
I’ve tried to search the VIN but can’t work out how to do it on the site, to help identify exactly which type of Perentie it is, or anything else about the vehicle. Any help would be appreciated.
SALLDHAZ1BF365995

I’m not someone who understands what each letter / number means. Have tried to work it out from the site but alas finding it too confusing.
The vehicle has been in storage. It does not appear to have ever been registered.  It has only 23,000 so can’t imagine it’s had a hard life. I got a roadworthy certificate today!! So getting closer to registration.
No paperwork unfortunately came with it.
Is it an FFS?  It has the half height tailgate.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers

BTW, Some of those that were sold 'incomplete and non operational' were in fact low km rebuilds stripped down for AQIS inspections on return from the deployment to East Timor.

Thank you so much for this information.

Does anyone know what the green and gold “Christmas tree” denotes?

I have read some threads on that general topic but can’t quite match up what military unit it would refer to??

Thanks in advance.
