Identifying an engine change

Hi all,
This is my first post here.
I am thinking of buying a series 3 109.  I have the chassis number and have found on https://www.remlr.com/ARN/ARN-28.php that it is listed as having had an engine replacement. As I am not a Landy officianado, can anyone tell me from the details - "Later fitted with Enengine 594100869B" - if this is a standard engine replacement or something I should be excited / wary about.

It just means that according to Army records the engine was changed whilst in Service.

Quite a common occurrence and nothing to be alarmed about,
