hi there all
Went to an farm auction in SA a few years ago and took these pictures.
Unsure where it is today but is the rear section original (or added after Military life)

G'day Wayne :)
I think that was one of a few that were converted to outback tour buses before the time of the Okka's
cheers

I've got an idea where it is today.
The fellow who had the back built used it to take guests on tours of his property. It is currently sitting in a back yard under a caravan cover whilst the parts to return it to GS are collected. The sides only arrived a little over a month ago. More bits yet to collect.

Still looking for a suitable under cover workshop for my growing collection.

Growing collection????
Don't end up like me trying to corner the market on forward controls! :-[
BTW: have you acquired a suitable under cover workshop for the collection?

Not as yet, however, the Mercs, Mokes, 101's and one of the Tracks are covered. It's the Inter that is of concern at the moment but there may be a solution at one of the local trucking companies.
Unfortunately my employment situation is not rock solid at the moment which has dashed any hope of getting a loan for a larger property with a big shed. The situation may change, as it has done so in the past.

Mick - you could garage most of your vehicles inside that 101 of yours.
