Huh ?   Nearly two years to end up in a backyard one suburb away from Minto to be
turned into an un-registerable pile of Puss.  what a waste.
And he wants how much ???

Your $20 offer might be his highest. Send him an email. See what can be worked out.

Going to take a few $K just to sort that Survey's birds nest out.

But, I digress ... now for something completely different ...

Hello All,

Ford-F100-1978-3-door-4wd - I have no association with the seller.... Anyway ....

Just wondering how accurate part of the description is for this vehicle for sale on eBay - it is described as being ex-army? Scroll down in the description a long way and the following comment comes up ....

Its a ex Army vehicle (i was told of the 82 year old man that owned it before me )

Is this comment correct - my limited knowledge of Ford F trucks is that RAAF had some as ambulances?

How come when money is tight eBay advertises some really interesting vehicles for sale? :0)

Kind Regards
Lionel

Because money is tight and the toys have to be converted into cash.

I can't add much information as to whether the RAAF had these Fords, but I do know that the Army did have them, as Warwick Lord bought (ambulance 4 stretcher type) one at auction a few years back, nice big vehicle, but his was a single cab not a 4 door like the ebay ad, so I would be very wary of the claim being ex army, cheers Dennis

1970s-80s SASR VM troop had some black 2wd F100 vans with custom fitted wide side doors. I don't think it would've been fun to see one of those pulling into your driveway.
