He's probably sick of spending lots of money to go slowly or the missus said "It's me or that pile of crap!"
It's taken him six months to decide.

Worth noting, I'm not interested in it because he's gutted it and discarded what he took out. If you buy one of these vehicles to convert for your own purposes, don't throw out the bits you take out. These bits may increase your chances of selling when you decide you don't want it any more.

Read the (difficult to read) description in the ad:

"Old stretcher bunks have been discarded in favour of more room in rear........
Is missing tow hitch .." Looks like originally, it was a fairly complete interior.

And looking at the pics, they've also removed the ambo beacons and red crosses.

This vehicle (ARN 50-648) also has had some serious rust issues that appear to have been repaired (but addressed?) Seller's other items appear more reasonably priced.

Actually found this ambo...50 591 sold in last Auction, no rego, nice profit paid $13 209. Yep I nailed it, definitely profit....
wants to double his money, by my reckoning he wants $1000 for each extra km he has driven it. 116076 when he bought it, now 116090. Fair dinkum!

clearly he's looking for some profit, but don't forget the full price paid is auction price plus 6% plus 10% of the lot.  I'm probably going to have to sell mine as VicRoads has suspended my licence for medical reasons.  I've fitted a few extras, including a fridge and rego, but the sale price is going to need to be about $25k just to break even :-(
