BMC Experience - Perentie Article
« on: November 26, 2014, 02:54:44 PM »
For those interested, the upcoming edition of the BMC Experience magazine will include an article about the Perentie Land Rovers and their history, variants, disposal etc.  I have seen a draft as I was asked to look it over for errors, but the finished item should look great!

I'm a little confused, what era will this book cover?

Land Rover wasn't a BMC company, Rover Co Ltd was acquired by Leyland 1n 1966 and in 1968 Leyland acquired BMC and became BLMC the rest is history.

Diana, BMC Experience used to be a Mini Magazine.  Due to flagging interest or whatever it has lately encompassed virtually everything related as well.  Greg Mac.

O.K. that makes sense, Thanks Greg.

Don't you think they would update the title so idiots like me would take more interest!  ::)

It was a dedicated Mini magazine and a good one at that, with the advent of the www, the magazine has widened its audience to cover a wider range of British Vehciles. Which in the climate of we can get stuff for free of the web is a good thing.
