This is my Moke trailer, I have had a couple of them over the years and I kept this one to be used with my Army Moke. I purchased the trailer before I found my Moke I thought that it was a good starting point to trya nd find the Moke.
It is unrestored, however it will be restored when time permits.

That one very small trailer - do you have a picture of it behind the MOKE..........
they are great little trucks.......a little of track but heard some time back there was a 4x4 version of the moke (but never seen any)

Yes Ellard, there was a 4WD version made here in Australia. Six prototypes I think.
Some friends bumped into one in the bush around Ballarat. It had a bevelled crown wheel in the motor diff that drove a prop shaft to a diff in the rear.
There was no noticeable off road performance benefit and it added complexity and expense.
There also was the "Twini Moke". It had a motor in the back and the front. Some people I knew in the SAMC built one with two 1275cc motors.
They took it on a trip to Sunset Country. I heard they dismantled it when they got back.
A couple of people have put Moke bodies on Suziki chassis.
There is a company in China that is producing Mokes. I think they do a 4WD version. They do one with a hybrid motor.

Thnaks for the follow up regarding the 4x4 mokes - and the twin engine moke unsure what to think there (sounds like something out of the wiggles.....)

Went up to Corowa on Saturday for the day. It was good to catch up wit a few familiar faces and meet new ones.
I was chastised for not bringing a military vehicle but in my defence I did bring a civvy trailer that had two rims from a military vehicle and the trailer was painted in genuine army olive drab paint.
