Mk3/Mk4 rear brake puller type cylinder
« on: May 30, 2020, 04:19:00 PM »
Hello,

Hoping someone might have a spare rebuildable brake cylinder for Mk3/Mk4 rear axle as per the photo

One of mine had a fractured mounting flange from before I got it. Also the alloy spacer bracket came off in pieces so I need to find one as well ?

Cheers

Bump...

No longer require a brake cylinder as I now have a spare for rebuild.

I still need an alloy adapter block as previous owner damaged one dismantling it.

Cheers

The ally spacer is a standard Girling part on various other UK made trucks.......check out some UK sources for it.

The closed end brake cylinder is also a standard Girling brake part, and very expensive......I recall something like $150 back in 1970.
