Well looking at where you live, I'm assuming that your Land Rover is a British Army one given the registration Number 73 EK 82, your best bet would be to contact EMLRA in the UK, there are not too many UK MOD Land Rovers here in Oz, let alone information on markings etc, but I'm certain that if I'm wrong some-one with the correct information will let us all know, here's hoping that you can find the information you require, cheers Dennis
ps just a guess the dagger might be a clue to spec/ops etc,,.
