In 1999 The Macquarie Volunteer Rifles (a great bunch of military enthusiasts and collectors) invited Castrol to be in the Wallsend Annual Fair as a part of their display. The wonderful Wallsend Disposal Store had a very big day and as well the Macquarie Volunteer Rifles got to do some recruiting... and a good time was had by all. The Wallsend Army Disposal Store is owned and operated by a fellow enthusiast with a whole lifetime of contacts and knowledge about hard-to-find-items as well as the usual camping and ex-military gear: Phone 02 49515725, Fax 02 49656976.

Check that parking sign... All the gear in the photos belongs to MVR members.
