Finally got over to get some work done to my Mk3 which have previously posted about on the old AULRO forums.
We were hoping to actually bring it home, however after 1800kms of driving all over the country side (including a 600km round trip to Pt Lincoln for some parts) we have had to leave the old girl where she was, as she needs a couple of new brake lines. Hopefully we will make it over there in april after the birth of our baby to finish off a couple of jobs and bring her home!
After sitting so close to the sea, the old girl is looking a bit worse for wear and quite a bit of metal cancer has set in, but we have it purring like a kitten, and hopefully once we have sorted out the brake lines, we can bring it home! Then its probably going to be time to make a decision whether it gets a new cab (any suggestions??) or whether we will be able to salvage what small amount is left of the current one.

And all loaded up with gear at home to go and work on the old girl:
