It didn't feel cheap at the time... :)

I'm hoping it stays in NSW.  It would be nice to have a catch-up with mine.

Does anyone know if this is the one for the Assault Pioneer?

Looks like it but don't want to buy one with the gun turret hole in the roof

No, it is the Infantry Carrier version, so it has the roof hatch at the top front and windows in the front halves on the side (where the AP has the fold down/up hatches).

That said, it will still fit and seal up an Assault Pioneer.

Dozer, I'd love to catch up with you and 48-002 and have a look at it and get some photos of both 48-002 & 48-003 together, I will be getting it registered this week, (depending on work schedules) but first I have to get another blue slip as the first one expired while I was bringing 51-589 home from Perth.

Mike.

Mike & Dozer
You are lucky to have such historically important vehicles that have so many pictures and information recorded about them.
I have 48 004, and only a couple of pictures and no history.

Anyone buy any vehicles from the latest auctions? I thought the Vic prices were high on some this time around, but then again there wasn't many on offer.

Looks like Minto will have a wrecker tow truck on the next auction ( 12-18 Oct ). What might this be? Unimog or ACCO?

Unless you have inside knowledge madtuna, for some arcane reason the actual quantity of each type of vehicle to be offered remains unpublished until the day the catalogue is available.

All that those ads tell us is that they plan to have examples of those vehicles available :)

Past experience suggests that there will be many :)
