i would go with new tubeless rims so you can get tubeless tyres, which will give you more range to choose from and are arguably a better tyre . I know some people run tubeless tyres on the old rims and have no problems but I would personally feel safer with rims designed for tubeless tyres and fitting tubeless tyres to tube rims "may" invalidate insurance and be illegal etc.
A word of caution on the wolf rims, they are 6 1/2 inches wide, civilian rims are usually whole inches ie 6 or 7 inches. Getting 6 1/2 may limit your tyre choice if going wide, or if you may wish to go wide later.
Consider the dynamic rims or similar, not quite as nice looking but painted olive drab they don't look bad and you will then have more tyre choice.
I purchased wolf rims and I am very happy with them and he Coopers 25585r16 tyres on them, but I might pick dynamic 7 inch if I made the choice again, so I had more tyre choice in the future.
To get the extra width on a 6 1\2 inch rim, tyre choice is very limited outside mud terrain tyres, so I ended up with tyres that were more expensive than I hoped. 25585r16 was he widest I was happy to go on 6 1/2 inch rim, without impacting the speedo too much, and fitting under the original guards. Look at he availability of the tyre sizes you may want before picking your rims.
