Primarily from its colour - also note its wheels are also body coloured not limestone or silver.

It also has the same second hole in the front bumper as the in-service pic on REMLR.

I think it is interesting that Land Rover call it an omnibus on the VIN plate. Are all 10 seaters named that way?

The colour is not a Landrover colour - specific Navy only. 

They were not navy vehicles as such.  They were Commonwealth plated vehicles (often starting with ZN*-***) and owned by the Dept of Supply/Admin Services on issue to the Navy.  Same with Bedford trucks, buses, mokes, landcruisers etc.

Garry
