G'day Baldy,
55 is 1st Battalion , Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR)
H3 is a Battalion Headquarter Vehicle . The 3 with the rising sun is 3 Bde , not sure if it's the Combat Support Battalion or HQ 3 BDE.
