Larkspur Radio system actually.  Early Vietnam usage before the US Gear.
Clansman Blitish system later but not used with Aust.

Yes, Larkspur power supply. Introduced in the late 1950s/early 1960s.

Used throughout the SVN period by Australian Armour - it was standard in the Centurion being the power supply for the C42/B47 sets.
